pamcv.studio – Universal License Agreement (EULA)

This Universal License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products created, distributed, or sold by pamcv.studio, including but not limited to:

  • Audio racks and effect chains
  • Virtual instruments and instrument racks
  • Presets and macros
  • One-knob processors
  • Audio samples, loops, drums, basses, vocal samples
  • Sample packs and sound banks
  • MIDI packs and MIDI files
  • Templates and project files
  • Any other digital creative assets (“Products”)

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product from pamcv.studio, you (“User”) agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

pamcv.studio grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Products for:

  • Personal music production
  • Commercial music production
  • Film, TV, game, and advertising projects
  • YouTube, streaming, and social media content
  • Podcasts, audiobooks, multimedia, and any creative work

You may use the Products unlimited times in your compositions and productions.

2. What You Can Do

The User is allowed to:

  • Use the Products in original musical or audiovisual works
  • Release music commercially using the Products
  • Modify the Products for personal use only
  • Use samples, loops, racks, presets, or MIDI inside your own creative projects
  • Upload music made with pamcv.studio Products to any platform (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.)

3. Restrictions

The User may NOT, under any circumstances:

3.1 Redistribution

  • Resell, distribute, or share the Products
  • Upload the Products to shared drives, servers, or cloud storage
  • Include the Products in any other pack, DVD, website, or bundle
  • Give the Products away for free, even partially

3.2 Derivative Products

The User may NOT:

  • Modify the Products to create new products for resale
  • Repackage or rebrand the Products
  • Claim the Products, sounds, or rack designs as their own

3.3 Samples & Loops Specific Restrictions

Even for audio samples and loops:

  • You may use them in your songs,
  • But you may NOT isolate, extract, or resell the raw audio files.

4. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of pamcv.studio.
No ownership is transferred upon purchase—only a license to use under this Agreement.

All trademarks, branding, product names, and designs associated with pamcv.studio are protected and cannot be used without permission.

5. No Warranty

The Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. pamcv.studio is not responsible for:

  • Performance issues
  • System compatibility problems
  • Project corruption or data loss
  • Misuse by the User

6. Limitation of Liability

pamcv.studio shall not be held liable for any damages (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.

7. Updates

pamcv.studio may release updates, revisions, or expansions at its discretion.
Updates may be free or paid. Purchase does not guarantee future updates.

8. Termination of License

If the User violates any part of this Agreement, the license may be terminated immediately. The User must then delete all copies of the Products.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using any pamcv.studio Product, the User acknowledges full understanding and agreement with this License.
